PATHWAYS with Iron Armour Academy

Iron Armour Academy is proud to have many 'pathways' available for successful committed athletes.

Starting with our Armour Combine Trials which began in 2016, as we gained access to many opportunities for our athletes due to the elite develop participants receive both physically and mentally.

This has allowed us to have access to full school scholarships and contract pathways for our athletes.

Growing each year, we now boast opportunities in:- Victoria and throughout Australia, New Zealand and now Europe and America with a wide range on sports attached to these areas making available more open doors and choices for our participants.

ELIGIBILITY

Our pathways are exclusive to IAA and to ensure their longevity as more athletes come through, we have developed strict criteria to be eligible.

This also ensures our athletes and families understand what is on offer and that the athlete is prepared for the opportunity.

Bellow is a brief outline of our criteria:

1. PROGRAM REGISTRATION

2. ATTENDANCE PER WEEK (Please note some exceptions apply with approval from head coach)

3. COACH-ABILITY

  • Trust the process (including training, meal plans, mentoring)

  • Following Code of conduct

  • Commitment to School

BOYS: Thursday 5th July 2018: 9am - 3:00pm Friday 6th July 2018: 9am - 1:00pm WHERE Footscray Rugby Union Football Club

Farnsworth Ave & Maribyrnong Blvd, Footscray VIC 3011 COST No Cost to Trial - Selection based on IAA criteria
